These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at wkwealth.io (the “Site”) and any related services offered by WK Wealth LLC, a limited liability company organized in the United States (“WK Wealth,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. The Site and our Services

The Site is an informational and lead-generation website describing programmatic-media services offered by WK Wealth to publishers and digital media businesses. Any commercial engagement between you and WK Wealth will be governed by a separate written agreement (a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Insertion Order or similar document). Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems;
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site or breach any security or authentication measures;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site, except for well-behaved search-engine indexing;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Site;
• Use the Site to send unsolicited messages or to impersonate any person or entity;
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any contact form.

4. Intellectual property

“WK Wealth” and our logo are trademarks of WK Wealth LLC. All other trademarks, service marks and trade names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

5. Your submissions

If you submit information, suggestions, comments or other materials through the Site (including through any contact form), you grant WK Wealth a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate such materials for any lawful business purpose. You represent that you have all rights necessary to make such submissions and that the submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, products and services. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services. Your interactions with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

Any revenue figures, statistics or case-study results shown on the Site are illustrative and based on past results of selected publishers. Past results do not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WK Wealth and its officers, members, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall WK Wealth’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

13. Miscellaneous
